For a return to be accepted, the product must obligatorily meet the following:

3. 🚫 Cases where the customer assumes responsibility

Free returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product use, even if partial

  • Tampering or wear of the item

📌 In these cases, if the return is accepted, the customer will bear the outbound and return shipping costs.

Free returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Factory defective product

  • Order error on ZoomiGo™'s part

  • Product severely damaged during transit (with clear evidence required within the first 24 hours of delivery)

In these cases, ZoomiGo™ may offer:

  • Product replacement at no additional cost
    or

  • Full refund


6. 📸 Mandatory claim procedure

To initiate any request, the customer must:

  • Contact exclusively through the official website form

  • Indicate order number

  • Attach clear photo or video evidence

📌 No request will be processed without sufficient evidence.


7. ⏱️ Evaluation and resolution

  • Case review: 24 to 72 business hours

  • ZoomiGo™ may request additional information if necessary

  • Resolution will depend on compliance with this policy


8. 💳 Refunds

If the return is approved:

  • It will be made to the same payment method used

  • Processing time: 5 to 10 business days

  • Final time may vary depending on the banking institution


9. ❌ Order cancellations

  • Cancellations are only accepted within the first 12 hours after purchase

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it


10. 📦 Shipping and customer responsibility

ZoomiGo™ is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

  • Failure to collect the order

  • Delays caused by the courier company


11. 🛡️ Fraud and abuse prevention

To protect the claims system:

  • Suspicious or abusive requests will be rejected

  • Customers with a history of undue returns may be limited or blocked

  • Additional verification may be requested in necessary cases

Requests through other channels will not be attended to.
